I have designed multiple training programs over the years to support high potential mid-management women maximize their potential and provide them with mentoring and sponsorship opportunities – both in India as well as globally… A very popular and effective program has been the ‘Train The Trainer’, through which managers (both men and women) are upskilled to mentor and coach these high potential women in helping them realise their dreams...
